Solutuiions Engineering Manager

: You have 5+ years of software/solutions engineering experience, including 1–2+ years as a technical lead, team lead, or engineering manager who enjoys mentoring others.

: You don't just use AI; you build with it.

You have practical experience building or configuring workflow automation, LLM API integrations, or automated knowledge loops to streamline technical operations.

: Proficient in front-end web technologies (JavaScript ES6+, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, HTTP protocols) and Chrome DevTools debugging.

Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, Header Bidding, or SDK integrations is highly preferred.

: You measure success by the commercial and technical growth of your partners, not just ticket volume.

This is a true Player-Coach role (50% technical leadership & AI strategy / 50% hands-on client architecture).
