Responsibilities
You will advise on U.S.
corporate and securities matters, including public company regulations, corporate secretary and governance matters, subsidiary and legal entity management, M&A, corporate finance, and partnerships.
This role requires a highly proficient knowledge of SEC and Nasdaq rules, as well as state corporate law.
This role also requires experience with M&A, corporate finance and will support large partnerships.
You will operate as part of a supportive team focused on cross-functional collaboration within Life360 to advise on public company matters as well as M&A and corporate finance.
You must have the ability to thrive in a collaborative high-pressure environment and effectively partner across the company including with finance, investor relations and corporate communications teams.
Team
You will be joining the legal team reporting into the Chief Compliance Officer with very close collaboration with the finance team and the corporate development team.
