Director, Site Performance & Solutions (Cardiology)

10+ years of clinical research experience

Demonstrated proficiency with clinical research systems and tools, including CTMS and pre-screening workflows

Proven people management experience, with a track record of leading, developing, and holding accountable clinical research teams

Prior experience in a director-level or senior management role within a site network, CRO, or health tech organization

Cardiology-specific clinical research experience

As the Director, Site Performance & Solutions (Cardiology), you will report to the VP, Growth and serve as the owner of Iterative Health's central clinical services that are delivered to our cardiology research sites as performance-enabling solutions, including pre-screening, regulatory support, and eSource.

Your mandate is to oversee, optimize, and continuously improve these service offerings so that our sites enroll faster, operate better, and achieve stronger trial outcomes

Network Performance Ownership

Serve as the single accountable owner for trial performance across IH's cardiology site network

Monitor site and network-level performance metrics continuously, identifying trends, gaps, and risks before they escalate
