Strategic Leadership:

Provide strategic direction and leadership for maintenance operations across multiple regions.

Align maintenance strategies with overall business objectives and goals.

Develop long-term maintenance plans and policies to support company growth and sustainability.

Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and enhance maintenance performance, vehicle reliability, safety standards, and cost management.

Ensure regional directors are meeting their KPIs and support them in achieving these goals.
