Staff Engineer - Shield

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

10+ years of software development experience with a focus on cloud platforms and infrastructure

Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including security services and best practices

Deep understanding of cloud security principles, container security, and infrastructure security

Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform)

Experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker) and their security models

Secure Cloud Platform Development:

Collaborate with product managers, architects, SRE, and cross-functional teams to define security standards for cloud infrastructure, implement the frameworks, and drive the migration.

Take full ownership of projects from design to implementation, test and deployment of secure cloud infrastructure components

Write clean, well-tested code in languages like Go, Python, or Scala for cloud infrastructure frameworks.
