Senior Manager Finance - REMOTE

Advanced knowledge of financial concepts and principles (cash flow, balance sheet, cost of capital, depreciation, tax reporting, etc.)

Seven (7) years to Ten (10) years or more in Related experience in finance or accounting support role is required

5 years or more in Minimum of five years managing these combined functions (finance and accounting support functions to include financial analysis and planning, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing)., Required

Forecasting and budget development

forecast / budget / prior year and ensure billing opportunities are captured

Training: Manage and develop finance support staff related to financial/accounting skills; lead efforts for full financial training to operations personnel

Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance: Ensure adequate controls are in place to drive Sarbanes-Oxley compliance around revenue recognition procedures and contractual terms that could create financial exposure

Work with the Field Finance Director to translate, communicate and implement corporate financial policies, guidelines, procedures, and controls

Oversee the collection of accounts receivable
