Requirements

Responsibilities
Lead and Execute:

Engineering Management:
Manage and develop individual contributor engineers, providing mentorship, conducting performance reviews, facilitating career growth, and building a high-performing team culture. Balance hands-on technical work with people management responsibilities.
Technical Direction:
Establish and guide the technical direction for integrations, including architectural decision-making, to guarantee scalable, efficient, and resilient solutions.
