Requirements
You have a minimum of 7 years experience in Technical Recruitment - expertise in hiring for Engineering, Product, Design and/or Data focused roles preferred;
Passionate about Recruitment with a deep understanding of the tech landscape and candidate market; Fintech/Payments experience and knowledge of the local Chicago market is greatly appreciated!
Utilize analytics to inform hiring strategies and improve recruitment outcomes;
Highly self-motivated with the ability to define structure and prioritize tasks effectively;
Deep knowledge of recruitment sourcing strategies and ability to nurture a passive candidate talent pool
Responsibilities
Perform full-cycle recruiting across the organization - from intake meetings, sourcing, and interviewing to debriefs and offer negotiation;
Collaborate with the teams to define hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies for our Tech and Product teams;
Proactively spot and engage top talent through creative sourcing techniques, cultivate strong connections with candidates, and ensure a positive hiring experience through clear communication and support;
Stay current with industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies while fostering an inclusive hiring process that values diverse perspectives;
Work closely with stakeholders to make data-driven hiring decisions and support smooth onboarding and integration of new hires;
Multiply your experience and knowledge working closely with Recruiters in the global Talent Acquisition team.
