Responsibilities

Install and troubleshoot software - antivirus, firewall, Anti-Spyware, etc.

Information System Hardware Configuration and Repair.

Troubleshoot and repair broken or defective computer hardware ensuring the functionality of computers and computer related equipment throughout the organization.

Work with vendors to perform repairs as needed.

Operating systems reloads.

Install and configure software for The Wonderful Company based on the information systems policies and procedures.

The Desktop Support Engineer is a key member of our IT team, serving as the front-line support for employees across the business, including remote users. In this role, you’ll combine strong technical skills with excellent customer service to troubleshoot issues, keep systems running smoothly, and ensure our teams have the technology support they need to do their best work.

This position will be working 5 days a week onsite at our Del Rey, CA office.
