5+ years of Adobe Workfront administration experience in a complex business environment.

Experience designing and implementing workflow solutions, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

Experience with Workfront Fusion, integrations, APIs, and workflow automation preferred.

Experience supporting enterprise marketing operations or business process management initiatives preferred.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Workfront administration, configuration, reporting, and workflow design.

Experience building and maintaining Workfront Fusion automations and integrations.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$78,000.00 - $125,350.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.

Responsibilities

Implements tactical and operational goals established by management, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and structured workflows across business functions.

Contributes to the implementation of new processes, standards, and operational plans that enhance productivity and reduce operational risks, driving moderate impact on department results.

Manages projects and/or process improvement initiatives, such as workflow optimization, automation enhancements, and efficiency audits.

Develops structured frameworks to refine business procedures and ensure continuous improvement.

Derives solutions based on limited information and/or precedents while adapting methodologies to fit evolving business needs.

Communicates with internal and external parties such as IT, compliance, operations, and external vendors to align process improvement initiatives with business objectives.
