Requirements

8+ years of successful sales experience with 5+ years in sales management preferred.

Experience selling reactive, silicone, or water-based adhesives through Commercial Distribution and OEM channels.

Proven experience in industrial, residential, and commercial building construction markets.

Advanced negotiation and coaching skills for developing sales team talent.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern Region.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for obtaining market share by defining and penetrating the markets, identifying opportunities and prospects, and developing relationships to meet or exceed sales growth and profit targets.

Sales Growth & Acquisition:

Identify, qualify, and pursue new prospective accounts in Distribution channels while maintaining existing customers.

Proactively engage with prospects and effectively articulate value propositions to meet or exceed customer requirements and profit targets.

Service existing and prospective customers through regular visits and correspondence.
