Technical Courseware Developer

5+ years of experience creating technical documentation, courseware, or customer education content.

Good understanding of cloud computing, networking, automation, data centers, security, and enterprise software technologies.

Hands-on experience with networking technologies, including:

Experience with XML, Markdown, content management systems, and courseware authoring tools.

Experience leveraging AI tools for content creation and productivity.

Familiarity with HPE Aruba Networking and/or HPE Juniper Networking products.

Design, develop, deliver, and maintain customer-facing, best-in-class technical courseware and learning content.

Create comprehensive training materials, including concepts, tasks, installation guides, illustrations, video scripts, course modules, and in-product documentation.

Develop customer-focused learning content for HPE Networking cloud services, automation, and networking solutions.

Translate complex networking and software technologies into easy-to-understand educational content.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather requirements and validate technical accuracy.

Analyze product specifications and recommend the most effective learning approach.
