Quality Improvement Specialist

As the Quality Improvement Specialist, you'll be the operational engine behind Arkana's Continuous Improvement program.

You'll independently lead structured improvement projects end-to-end — from problem definition and root cause analysis through solution design, implementation, training, and go-live — in partnership with department leaders across the lab.

You'll walk into a department, diagnose the underlying problem, design the approach to solve it, and drive the solution to adoption, working independently and exercising sound judgment on matters that affect Arkana's quality and process-improvement operations.

Outside of active projects, you'll maintain Arkana's central improvement pipeline, monitor non-conforming event (NCE) trends to surface the next opportunity, and partner closely with the Documentation Coordinator to keep procedures accurate, current, and compliant.

You'll also contribute to audit readiness and quality system documentation to keep our QA infrastructure inspection-ready.

Develop project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication materials to support cross-functional initiatives.
