Responsibilities
The Payroll Analyst is responsible for accurately and compliantly processing payroll, with a strong focus on multi-state taxation.
This role serves as a subject matter expert on state and local tax regulations, ensuring payroll operations adhere to all applicable laws and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
This position partners closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll discrepancies, support audits, and implement process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Ensure compliance with all payroll tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
Review and reconcile payroll tax filings, including quarterly and annual returns (e.g., Forms 941, 940, W-2, W-3, state equivalents)
