The Executive Marketing Assistant plays a strategic support role, providing high-level executive assistance to the Chief Marketing Officer and senior marketing leadership while also managing key marketing projects across the organization.

This role ensures leadership priorities are executed efficiently, enables effective cross-functional collaboration, and supports the successful delivery of marketing initiatives.

The position combines executive support responsibilities with project management oversight to drive operational excellence within a dynamic marketing environment.

Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership meetings

Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners

Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
