Workforce Management Program Lead (Dayforce)

Hands‑on experience with Dayforce WFM (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence).

Experience in large, multi‑site, unionized, or regulated environments.

Dayforce WFM certification or comparable HCM/WFM platform experience.

provides functional leadership for our Workforce Management capabilities, with a strong focus on Dayforce Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Labour Forecasting, and Absence Management.

Acting as the functional owner for Dayforce WFM modules, translating operational needs into practical system configurations.

Supporting workforce strategies that balance service levels, labour cost, and employee experience.

Supporting payroll readiness, audits, and issue resolution in partnership with HR and Payroll.

Leading WFM testing, enhancements, and releases with minimal operational disruption.
