Responsibilities

At your best when you’re improving systems, influencing operations, and using data to drive smarter decisions?

provides functional leadership for our Workforce Management capabilities, with a strong focus on Dayforce Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Labour Forecasting, and Absence Management.

Acting as the functional owner for Dayforce WFM modules, translating operational needs into practical system configurations.

Supporting workforce strategies that balance service levels, labour cost, and employee experience.

Supporting payroll readiness, audits, and issue resolution in partnership with HR and Payroll.

Leading WFM testing, enhancements, and releases with minimal operational disruption.
