Responsibilities

Crunchyroll is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Manga Operations & Planning  to help scale a newly launched product.

In this role, you will own the strategy, planning, and execution driving the global growth of Crunchyroll’s digital manga offering, while ensuring cross-functional alignment throughout the process.

You will partner closely with the Director of Digital Manga and key stakeholders to develop the product roadmap, manage budgets, and execute approved initiatives.

Act as the operational owner to stakeholders and partners across Product & Engineering, Legal, Content Acquisitions, Business & Operations, Programming, Marketing, and external partners

Ensure the workflows, partnerships, and support systems are in place to successfully run and scale the product

Introduce global workflows in regions to better integrate regional teams into the global organization

Team

Both domestic and ever-expanding international efforts fuel Crunchyroll's global expansion. The GTM & Planning team works with US-based leadership and regional teams to develop go-to-market and partnership marketing plans and programs. These plans and programs aim to expand Crunchyroll's growth through its O&O presence and high-profile third-party distribution partners. By doing so, the team delights and super-serves anime fans, boosting its footprint and brand awareness. The goal is to make Crunchyroll synonymous with anime worldwide.
