Requirements

8+ years in post-sales account management/client relationship support roles, including C-level interactions, ideally within AdTech, Media Agencies, or Marketing Analytics companies

4+ years of experience managing a small team

Strong understanding of linear and streaming TV buying and overall media landscape

Ability to tell a story with data

Ability to clearly communicate technical terms and concepts

Great presentation and listening skills--you come prepared to every meeting

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a handful of key client accounts.

Work with Client Services and Media Buying teams to translate client objectives into data-driven media strategies and campaign frameworks, including mentoring their development.

Ensure strategic initiatives are seen through to completion by holding cross-functional teams accountable, proactively escalating issues when needed, and removing roadblocks to deliver results.

Become an expert of all things Tatari and leverage internal subject matter experts (Engineering, Data Science, Product, etc.) to deliver exceptional services and drive product adoption

Spend time with clients in-person (up to 10% travel) and build relationships with C-level executives via Quarterly Business Reviews and ad-hoc meetings.
