The Facilities Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and engineering oversight of all facility-related functions to ensure safe, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective operations.
This role leads facility operations, infrastructure maintenance, engineering systems, security, energy management, capital projects, and workplace services while supporting business continuity and operational excellence initiatives.
The Facilities Manager serves as a key partner to site leadership, Global Facilities, EHS, Quality, and external service providers to maintain a world-class work environment that supports business objectives.
