, lead ongoing improvements to the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) — the processes, rituals, and tooling Product Managers rely on every day — in direct support of Product Management leadership and its goal of maximizing team output and product quality.

, own the product roadmap: the tooling systems, infrastructure, and governance that keep our roadmap complete, accurate, and visible to every stakeholder who depends on it.

To achieve both, we need someone with deep experience architecting and engineering the roadmap infrastructure in Jira and associated AI context layers– producing always accurate roadmaps via beautiful, interactive AI dashboards to showcase and promote our roadmap.

Owning, designing & improving PM Workflows within the Product Lifecycle process

The first two are the powerhouse team that plan and design our software solutions. Our Product Ops team is the force multiplier–enabling Product Managers and Designers to make the best decisions and do their best work.
