Responsibilities
This role is part of the Legal Team and supports the organization’s regulatory change management process by monitoring federal and state regulatory developments, assessing potential impacts, and assisting in the development of strategies to ensure compliance. This role helps identify applicable laws and regulations, prepares clear summaries for internal audiences, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to communicate requirements and support consistent, timely implementation across the business.
Support the intake and monitoring of new and amended federal and state laws, regulations, and sub-regulatory guidance impacting the business.
Conduct preliminary research and summarize key regulatory changes for review by the Regulatory Change Management Lead.
Work with internal subject matter experts to identify impact of such federal/state laws and regulations.
Assist with assessing regulatory changes, including identifying affected departments and systems while defining and clearly communicating required actions.
