Responsibilities
Book and accurately manage air, hotel, rail, and ground travel, including complex and multi-destination itineraries
Handle specialized requests (upgrades, charters, meet & greet, group seating, excess baggage, production logistics)
Resolve disruptions, escalations, exchanges, waitlists, and complex fare issues
Coordinate group and event travel, including reconfirmations and vendor liaison
Maintain accurate records, direct billing, and assist with T&E reconciliation
Build strong relationships with clients, coordinators, and suppliers
