Requirements

8+ years in a Senior technical role building out complex Data Integration frameworks.

Deep understanding of the P&C insurance domain, including concepts like policies, claims, billing, and underwriting.

Fundamental understanding of Guidewire InsuranceSuite Applications (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and ContactManager) at an atomic level.

If specializing on the Ingress to InsuranceSuite Applications from Legacy Sources, then working knowledge of migrating into Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications is required.

If specializing on the Egress side, then working knowledge of at least one technology stack among AWS, DataBricks, Snowflake, Google BigQuery etc.

Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

You will design and propose high level design diagrams for overall system architecture and adopt AI forward thinking.

You will lead Inception Sessions to build consensus on project scope, and generate user stories with acceptance criteria and contribute actively to the evolution and fine tuning of Guidewire Vantage Methodology.

You will work closely with business analysts to derive Data Management and Analytics technical solutions from Business Requirements Documents.

You will collaborate with data analysts, ETL and BI developers, and QA testers to assign appropriate implementation and testing tasks and deliver sprint goals.

You will analyze complex data structures in legacy source systems and help the business and data analysts to map them to the Guidewire InsuranceSuite data model.

You will accelerate the processes by adopting AI forward thinking and actively optimizing and AI enabling all of Guidewire Data Platform and analytics offerings.
