3+ years of experience in GSOC, corporate security, protective operations, or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Hands-on experience with access control and VMS platforms (e.g., Genetec).
Proficiency with Slack, Jira, Google Workspace, and incident documentation workflows.
Experience with emergency mass notification systems and/or AI-enabled security tools is helpful.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities
xAI is seeking an engaging and detail oriented security professional to support the ongoing growth of the organization’s security program.
Reporting to the SOC Manager, We are looking for a
SOC Operator
to join our Corporate Security Operations Center team. In this role, you will monitor security systems, identify and respond to incidents, and provide real-time support to employees and partners around the world. You will be responsible for maintaining situational awareness, coordinating emergency communications, and ensuring accurate documentation and escalation across all security events.
This is a full time in-person role based in Palo Alto, California and may require minimal travel.
