Operations Team Lead

.  An Operations Team Lead supports all operational and administrative activities required to run an operating department of major production environment.  Serves as the lead person overseeing department or activity workflow.  Acts as in leadership capacity in absence of the Supervisor.

1-year experience with PC based applications

Acts as the department contact for all production systems issues and questions.

Provides direction and leadership to associates.
