Responsibilities

SALARY ADMINISTRATION: Performs data collection and analysis for the Company’s salary administration program.

Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organizations pay programs.

Benchmarks jobs against market survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.

Gathers data from market-based compensation surveys; uses software, spreadsheets and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.

REPORTING, AUDITING, AND COMPLIANCE: Prepares and presents summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information.

Assembles, organizes, computes, and analyzes special salary reports for management for use in various projects.
