Responsibilities
Support omni-buying teams by accurately reviewing, transferring, uploading, and correcting product data to ensure timely item builds and purchase order maintenance.
Execute promotional pricing and seasonal readiness tasks with precision and within established deadlines.
Set up new vendors for both drop-ship and non-drop, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
Respond to time-sensitive requests from internal teams, providing thorough communication and timely status updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating concerns to leaders or Omni-Buying partners as needed.
Collaborate on special projects and provide ongoing support to cross-functional teams and vendors.
Team
The Merchandise Admin supports HSN, and reports into the Merch Operations Supervisor. The role is responsible for executing various tasks to support the administrative needs of the Merchandising Omni-Buying and Operations teams within QVC.
