Responsibilities

Effectual Project Managers are members of the Project Management Office within Effectual Professional Services (PS) organization responsible for ensuring that customer-facing projects are delivered in-scope, on-time, and on-budget with customer satisfaction, while ensuring a positive experience for the delivery team.

You are a "Brand Ambassador" and are expected to advocate for achieving our customer's defined outcomes through the delivery of our services, leading our Professional Services software development and cloud engineering teams.

Prioritize projects based on strategic objectives, resource availability, and client needs.

Budget and Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.

Client Relationship & Business Development: Develop relationships with clients, understanding their goals.

Identify opportunities for additional business and collaborate with sales team to pursue new projects and opportunities.
