Requirements
Perform analysis for complex boundary surveys and prepare associated plats and boundary descriptions.
Conduct advanced calculations involving field survey data.
Assist with the preparation of right-of-way plans and conduct quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) on said plans.
Prepare or review survey reports and legal descriptions.
Develop scopes of work, schedules, and estimates for survey projects.
Ensure project quality control and quality assurance processes are in place.

Responsibilities
The Land Surveying Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the planning, data collection, development, and delivery of quality land surveying products, managing and directing field and office survey staff, and supporting the professional growth of the survey team members.
This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Expectations include boundary determination, pricing & scoping, quality assurance and quality control of surveying products and procedures, communication with internal and external clients and other survey discipline team members, and crew scheduling.
The candidate should have foundational knowledge of topographic, control/geodetic, transportation, subsurface utility, boundary/ROW determination, and ALTA surveying.
