Requirements
Currently enrolled in relevant a program, such as Business Administration, Project Management, Urban & Regional Planning, Communications, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
1 year of experience in the delivery of large Heavy Civil and/or Transit & Rail Infrastructure construction projects is considered an asset.
Prior experience working closely with Metrolinx, the City of Toronto, or large landowners within the GTHA considered an asset.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong computer skills. Proficient in MS Office 365 software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proficiency in GIS (QGIS, ArcGIS) considered an asset.
The successful candidate must be able to provide a co-op eligibility letter from their college/university.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated Property & Asset Protection Coordinator Co-op to join our dynamic team for a major transportation infrastructure project.
The salary range for this position is
$50,000 - $55,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with the Client and stakeholders.
Monitor and maintain effective tracking of Lands, Property, and Asset Protection items, including PTE agreement status and terms, lands handover statuses, and completion of scopes on third-party lands.
About the Company
Ferrovial Construction Canada Inc. and VINCI Construction Grands Projects are undertaking the design, build, and finance the Ontario Line Southern Civil, Stations, and Tunnel (South Civil) package.
As Ontario Transit Group, we are now mobilizing our design and construction crews, with major works. The South Civil contract is anticipated to be completed in 2030.
The project will strengthen Ontario’s economy by supporting an estimated 1,500 jobs at the peak of construction.
