Senior HRIS Analyst

Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data validation

Experience supporting compliance-related workflows (e.g., I-9s, background checks, EEO)

Previous involvement in HR system implementations or optimization projects

You’ll work cross-functionally with HR, Talent, and IT to ensure clean data, seamless processes, and actionable insights across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

This position plays a critical role in supporting end-users, maintaining system integrity, developing reports, and providing strategic input on system enhancements.
