Requirements

5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business operations including direct experience with large national or regional companies in telecommunications, home service providers and/or utility companies.

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools to track performance trends and build sales forecasts (e.g.

Looker or similar business intelligence tools).

Strong ability to manage complex checklists and technical requirements for digital integrations.

Proven ability to effectively manage multiple partners and internal cross-functional projects simultaneously.

This role is expected to remain open until 7/31/2026. Compensation for this position is 90% base salary and 10% variable with the base salary range of $113,000-$130,000. Factors which may affect the starting pay within this range include skills, experience, and other qualifications aligned with Updater's internal leveling guidelines.

Strategic Partnerships Manager to own and scale a portfolio of high-impact partners.

In this role, you’ll ensure both newly launched and fast-growing partners are fully integrated into the Updater platform and positioned to drive meaningful, sustained results.
