Requirements
Maintenance/technical experience
Mechanically inclined with great problem solving skills
Experience electrical 3 phase, motors and controls, PLCs and VFD’s, also testing equipment
Nice to have:
Experience implementing and adhering to preventative maintenance programs while following OSHA regulations
Responsibilities
Repairs broken machines quickly and efficiently
Identifies root cause of unexpected machine break downs and implements preventive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime
Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines
Assess and test machinery and processes with efficiency and quality
Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary
Oils and lubricates moving parts on machines to ensure effective performance
