Requirements
Here's what else you'll bring:
5+ years of experience in automotive engineering/ production/ organizational development and/or quality management of which 3 years of QMS (Quality Management Systems)-related responsibilities; OEM experience preferred
ISO9001:2015 auditing certification required
Proven experience in implementation of QMS and/or execution of internal audits according to ISO9001:2015 in automotive industries
Sound knowledge of Quality processes and methods and their practical use
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial Base Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00
Internal Leveling Code: IC9

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
Develop and implement the Quality department’s processes and standards, aligned with the overall company processes, goals, and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Product Management) to ensure that the quality processes and standards meet customer needs and market requirements
Ensure Quality processes are seamlessly integrated into the overall company end-to-end (E2E) process architecture
Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and standards
Support the development of the Scout Motors Quality Management System (QMS)
