Coordinator, IP Licensing

A general understanding of the music industry is required.

Monitor internal label product release schedules and initiate clearance work as needed.

Gather product information such as label copy and video cue sheets from various departments.

Obtain and verify songwriter and publisher ownership splits for songs.

Manage writer administration changes by coordinating with publishers and securing all necessary details.

Maintain royalty accounts, including setting up new accounts, collecting W-9 forms, and working with accounts payable on vendor maintenance.

Update payment statuses for songwriters, publishers, and products as needed.

As the Coordinator, Intellectual Property Licensing, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative and project needs of the IP Licensing Department. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, assisting in the clearance, licensing, and royalty processes for a wide range of products.
