Responsibilities
Strategic Project Controls Leadership
Provide executive oversight for project controls functions across major programs and portfolios.
Establish project controls governance, standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Lead integrated cost, schedule, risk, change management, forecasting, and performance management initiatives.
Develop project controls execution strategies for large-scale infrastructure programs exceeding hundreds of millions or billions of dollars.
Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership regarding project performance, financial forecasting, and program delivery risks.
