Commercial Lines Manager

Deep knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages

5–10+ years of commercial insurance experience

The Commercial Lines Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the commercial insurance team, ensuring effective servicing of client accounts, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

This role provides leadership while also collaborating with sales teams to grow and retain the commercial book of business.

Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of commercial lines account managers and support staff

Oversee servicing of commercial accounts to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality

Manage complex or high-value client relationships

Partner with producers/sales teams to onboard new clients and ensure smooth transitions
