Sr Analyst Enterprise PMO

Experience supporting enterprise PMO environments or multi-project portfolios preferred

Experience in resource management, financial tracking, and executive reporting

Resource Capacity Planning and Management

Data Analysis and Visualization (Power BI, Excel)

Financial Analysis, Modeling, and Reporting

Process Improvement and Standardization

Support and enhance portfolio governance processes to improve transparency, decision-making, and change readiness

Maintain accuracy of portfolio data across schedules, risks, financials, and dependencies

Develop and deliver executive portfolio reporting, dashboards, and presentation materials

Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and investment discussions

Contribute to enterprise resource planning processes through analysis and reporting

Monitor resource allocation to identify capacity risks and optimization opportunities
