Financial Reconciliation Specialist

Strong hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel and SQL.

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering.

Advanced English and Spanish is mandatory for cross-border liaison and communication.

Proven experience in analyzing and liaising with several teams simultaneously to address and resolve pain points.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Systematically investigate the agreements we have with our providers in terms of settlement rules, fees and other costs and match against the amount we received. The goal is to accurately match receivables and received. In case of differences, work with providers and other teams to address the solution.

Undocumented Cost Mapping:

Lead the effort to uncover and map all potential "hidden" fees, taxes, or administrative costs charged by providers that are currently unnoticed. This requires advanced data analysis and direct liaison across different teams, time zones, and languages.

Operational Control Feedback:

Establish a formal process to distill complex investigation findings into actionable insights , providing clear operational guidelines to the Reconciliation, Country Growth, Treasury, and other teams to prevent the recurrence of systemic errors.
