Strong written and verbal communication skills, including internal messaging and stakeholder updates

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and matrixed teams

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $28.85-$31.25 USD/hourly. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual events, meetings, and engagement programs from start to finish

Partner with internal stakeholders (business operations, HR, finance, communications, legal, and employee groups) to align events with business and culture goals

Manage event logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, vendors, contracts, and on-site execution

Own budget planning, tracking, expense reporting, and financial reconciliation for events and programs

Develop and manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, contracts, and performance oversight

Support internal communications and promotions, including newsletters, event announcements, and internal platforms
