Responsibilities
As a Customer Group Manager - Energy, you will be responsible for managing assigned Oil & Gas segment sales in Qatar by promoting Jotun’s products, services, and solutions, applying structured sales tools to drive business development, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve sales targets, gross margin, DSO, and market share objectives.
Reporting to Sales manager Protective and Marine Coating.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market to grow market share and profitability.
Promote and sell assigned product segments within defined territories through regular customer visits, maintaining strong relationships and gathering market insights.
Follow up on projects in assigned territories and coordinate with project teams to ensure Jotun products are specified and used to meet sales targets.
Handle customer issues by resolving them directly or escalating when needed.
