Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Support Associate to provide technical assistance and support to clients.
In this role, you will troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues while ensuring timely resolution and excellent service delivery.
Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues
Provide basic technical support to clients and end users
Install and configure software, print drivers, and system utilities
Troubleshoot desktop/laptop software, hardware, and networking issues
