Requirements

Proven experience leading product teams across multiple products.

Deep experience in the ITOps ecosystem with focus on network infrastructure or security management.

MSP market experience strongly preferred.

Proven success delivering AI-enabled product capabilities.

Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills (customer interviews, surveys, analyst research, internal feedback).

Executive-level communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Product Leadership & Operational Excellence

Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, including personalized growth and development plans.

Operate effectively in a multi-team Scrum environment, ensuring strong backlog hygiene, clear prioritization, and outcome-driven roadmapping.

Manage domain-oriented product portfolios with accountability for performance.

Instill a metrics-driven culture by partnering cross-functionally to improve analytics, success metrics, and decision quality.
