Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aeronautics, or related field with 5+ years of engine/test cell/powerplant experience,
or
a relevant advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
Working knowledge of engine or APU system operations, special test equipment, and test‑cell environments.
Hands‑on experience in engine or APU testing, flight‑line operations, and/or engine shop maintenance

Responsibilities
Test and troubleshoot engines and Auxiliary Power Units (APUs), including related hardware and software.
Analyze and track engine and APU performance data to confirm compliance with established performance criteria and test procedures.
Coordinate with external engineering teams to address and resolve issues discovered during testing.
Communicate updates, instructions, and requirements from model managers, test integration leads, and test management to operators and inspectors.
Document PTE recommendations resulting from engine tests and relay necessary information to operations and quality teams.
Build proficiency in internal processes, such as evaluating test data, using data acquisition systems, and interpreting compliance or customer requirements.
