Responsibilities

Reporting to the Territory Manager, the Branch Support will have a broad range of administrative responsibilities. Regular duties will include front-counter customer interactions, billing and cash handling. As this position functions in a highly customer focused environment all persons are expected to perform their job duties in a professional manner and adhere to our company values.

Front counter and in-person coverage including billing, cash handling and other administrative tasks

Process retail and lubricant sales, helping customers purchase and load products as required

Inventory counts and maintenance, ordering based on established min/maxes

Customer data entry and follow-ups

Reconcile accounts and investigate payment or inventory variances as requested
