Provides advice as the subject matter expert to client sponsors and collaborate with stakeholders on opportunities to expand the health system’s services and increase revenue by developing business plans and execute the marketing plan to enhance pull through opportunity.

Responsible for influencing physician and clinic staff to refer patients to health systems preferred specialty pharmacy provider through education and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

The Health System Patient Access Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of multiple Patient Access Representatives (PARs) including Specialty Enablement and Patient Assistance teams at assigned Patient Access Services (PAS) locations.

The Patient Access Supervisor is responsible for assisting the RMO in the financial and account development activities of assigned PAS locations.

The Patient Access Supervisor also acts as a PAR for assigned facilities.

Demonstrates superior understanding of the Patient Access Representative duties – Specialty Enablement and Patient Assistance.

Interfaces appropriately with administrators of Patient Assistance Program and Co-Pay Assistance Foundations.

Ensures that patient specific-reimbursement information is on file for tracking of replacement products.
