Maintenance Supervisor - Full-Time

Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance, including performing general repairs and some construction project management;

Valid Level 1 First Aid preferred.

Facility and Grounds Maintenance

Ensure the marina, dryland storage, and surrounding common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Perform routine inspections, carry out minor repairs, and coordinate with contractors for larger maintenance tasks in alignment with the approved maintenance plan and budget.

Compliance and Safety Oversight

Address hazards promptly, manage spill response, and ensure the facility is secured through daily opening and closing procedures.
