Requirements

4+ years of people management experience.

Knowledge and experience with collections processes, practices, and collaboration.

Superior financial statement analysis skills, including understanding of key financial ratios.

Strong knowledge of credit risk rating methodologies.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Provide leadership to Credit Analysts, ensuring consistent application of credit policy.

Submit high‑risk or high‑value credit requests to senior management.

Deliver coaching, feedback, training, and backup support on credit processes.

Prepare monthly customer and credit risk analysis reports.
