In other words: you won’t just follow processes; you’ll help design the machine that makes the process work.

In this role, you’ll help build and run parts of our anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions, transaction monitoring, digital accessibility, and other technical compliance programs.

Some days that means reviewing alerts or investigating sanctions hits.

Other days it means improving monitoring processes, organizing documentation, responding to customer compliance inquiries, or helping coordinate efforts related to things like digital accessibility.
