2+ years of experience in student ministry.

partners with the campus team to look after all aspects of the Student Ministry's 5th- and 6th-grade environment.

Serving and caring for students and their families in the 5th- and 6th-grade environment (called the MIX).

Managing ministry communication to parents.

Building an extensive team of adult volunteers to invest in our students, including Service Volunteers and Group Leaders.

Developing and mobilizing students to lead and serve within the Students Ministry, and working with Campus Teams to ensure student participation in weekend worship, the Journey (next steps class), and other church volunteer teams.

Leveraging the weekend to connect with volunteers, students, and their families.
